March 2015 – Present (4 Years)
As the General Manager of Correct Installs since its foundation in 2015, I have been responsible for successfully establishing an assembly & construction company capable of running major pallet racking installation projects; service, repairs and maintenance to existing systems; mezzanine floor installations and commercial and industrial storage systems installations.
In the role of general manager of Correct Installs I am accountable for the success of the construction business unit at all operational levels – human resource management, equipment management (owned/leased tools, hired-in plant and consumables), HS&E management, scheduling and co-ordination of projects, accounts (invoicing & accounts receivable, procurement & accounts payable, financial reporting), tracking project outcomes (lead-up, duration & close-out). While leading a team, I am ultimately responsible for establishing, reviewing and improving the systems they use and for monitoring the outcomes reported by these systems.
