In the position of Leading Hand, I was responsible for safely and efficiently performing and managing construction of storage equipment projects, controlling up to four-person crews. The role focussed on competent assessment of project requirements, planning and achievement of project goals and strong leadership application, with particular emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Notable Achievements
- Operated in the position of leading hand on a 14,750-hour project and played a key role in completing the project in only 12,600 hours. The project was for the construction of all pallet racks at Woolworths Wyong RDC (regional distribution centre), NSW in 2005.
