In the supportive role of 2IC, I was responsible for safely and efficiently performing supervised construction of storage equipment, controlling up to two-person crews. The role focussed on competent assessment of task requirements, planning and achievement of task goals and moderate leadership application.

Notable Achievements
- Operated in the position of second-in-charge on a 12,050-hour project and played a key role in completing the project in only 10,600 hours. The project was for the construction of all pallet racks at Woolworths Perth RDC (regional distribution centre), WA in 2004.
